Ampoules and Vials are manufactured on state-of-the-art machines imported from Europe with utmost precision in a clean atmosphere and with an emphasis on maintaining quality at each stage complying with GMP standards.

• Production areas are dust free and environmentally controlled by advanced air handling systems

• Visual inspection in an ISO Class 8 Clean Room
• Air curtains at all entry and exit points
• Vials inspected using a sophisticated electronic camera system

We use high speed production lines equipped with on-line printing and production of Snap and One Point Cut (OPC) ampoules along with on-line electronic inspection systems to ensure the highest standards of quality during the entire manufacturing process.
